MEET YOUR LEADERSHIP
REPUBLICAN WOMEN PROVIDE A VOICE FOR CONSERVATIVE VALUES
IN OUR COMMUNITY AND STATE.
THERE IS A PLACE AT OUR TABLE FOR YOU!
A Message from our President
Members of the executive board and I understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, which has created disruption in meeting together in groups of 10 or more and continues to trigger difficult and urgent challenges for many organizations, businesses and leaders to address.
There is no higher priority for the entire GCRW Executive Board than the health and safety of our members, community, state and nation. Please note that ALL meetings continue to be cancelled until we are permitted once again to meet according to the Governor’s directive.
While we are aligning our meetings with the guidelines of regulators and relevant health organizations, you may notice some changes in the way we interact with you in the coming days and weeks. We may send more emails to your inbox – please read to stay informed. Please also check both the open Facebook Page Garland County Republican Women, which is directed to keep the general public informed on anything relevant within the Republican Party at our local club level as well as from our Republican leaders on the county,
May I share with you one of my favorite scripture versus that has helped me through other times of uncertainty in my life? Proverbs 3:5-6 says: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” Although this pandemic came to us rapidly, causing much anxiety and fear remember, it did not take God by surprise. I encourage each of you to lean in closer to Him during this time and listen to His voice. Please know each of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
With American Pride, I remain respectfully yours,
Linda Lambert, President GCRW
